Thoroughly disappointed once again with such a beautiful facility to have such horrible service. From a man at arrival entrance stand laughing, watching our dog get sick. Not once offering ‘can I help in any way?’ He was an airport employee! One west jet lady assisted giving us some wipes to clean up the mess. Zero janitorial service. Then we asked west jet about having someone push my Mom’s wheel chair. They said that was the airport staff. The airport staff said it was west jets problem. Communication-zero. My sister ended up having to go through security to push our Mom to the gate. After she left - west jet changed gates. Here I am with a cane, a dog, a wheel chair with zero assistance once again. And, as for being Christmas, zero Christmas music being played. Zero Christmas decorations. We arrived home in Victoria to beautiful decorations and music and service galore. Take note Calgary - YOU CAN DO BETTER! Don’t get defensive, rise above a bring back the service. And, remember. Canada’s values.

Very empty airport on USA departures. No line up and straight to customs. Very nice experience

One of the best airports in Canada. It’s very clean and has designated, comfortable places to sleep, which many airports don’t offer. They allow you to stay inside the security area overnight to rest, unlike many airports that shut down at night and make you leave the security area, like Montreal airport. The staff are great and very helpful. In my opinion, this airport and the Edmonton airport (even though people may not love the city, the airport is newer and really well designed) are the best airports in all of Canada. Thank you for your excellent service.

Flew via Westjet through Calary to Vancouver. Customs runs smoothly. Transfer to Vancouver gates was easy. We encountered staff who directed us. Food offerings range from fast food to a sit down restaurant. This was our third time having a positive experience

Very slow in International Baggage Claim...1/2 hour wait in the middle of the day.
