I have been with Regus for almost 9 years and have been very impressed with the professionalism, always friendly, and positive attitude from Nicole Pepper, the Community Manager at my office at TD Canada Trust Tower. She greets me with a beautiful smile every time I come in, making my workday so much better. Her attitude and way of being appears to be the same for all other tenants and for all of my patients.

They have an auto renewal many months prior to lease expiration. We canceled our lease prior to lease end and they are forcing us to pay for a years lease. Just put charges through our credit card whenever they want with no reason. Don't get involved with these people, it's like a timeshare.

I live in Vancouver and was visiting Calgary for a few days. With some team members that work here I've never met, nor have they met each other as we all work virtually, I wanted a workspace last minute so I can meet with them as well as have my own space for meetings. This was my first time ever trying to book a "shared" workspace. I spoke with Dana who was absolutely first class with his professionalism and accommodating my needs. Set my 2 team members up with an external room and 2 desks so they can work together and myself with my own office. Nicole working at front desk was more than helpful, greeted me as soon as I got out of the elevator and answered all my questions. The space is very well maintained and in the "core" of downtown Calgary. For actual work feedback, wifi speed was great, no issues here. Price point couldn't be any better compared to others. I would definitely comeback if I needed a workspace again in Calgary. Great service, great space, great people!
