My contract with Regus ended July 31, 2025....I STILL have not received my retainer (which was 2 months rent up front). Nothing but EXCUSES and INACTION...I do not recommend this company In response I have a lengthy email thread that I would like to share with you...regarding this issue...dating back to August 18, 2025... (Your enquiry  C-2937719-R6S3 CRM:04941272573)... perhaps you can take a look at this prolonged issue yourself? Thank you...I just wanted to say that this issue has now been resolved...6 months later.

The overall facility is nice, and it's in a great location. The reason for my 1 star review is their billing, pricing and accounting practices. At every chance they get they will "nickel and dime" you to death. The deposit required for each individual office is doubled. You have to pay double deposit as well as the first months rent. Once you pay that, you are required to pay on the 15th, 15 days in advance of your month instead on or before the first. If you'd like better internet speeds, there is an extra cost for that. When you terminate your agreement, they will charge you an "office restoration fee", which is based on the sqft of your office. Even if you return the office in pristine condition (eg, paint all of the walls even). They will still charge you this arbitrary fee. Also when request your retainer returned to you upon cancellation, it will take them weeks to acknowledge and you get the runaround. I've been told they are looking into it for at least two weeks now (I have attached an email for reference). Please make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything with Regus. They will not be very upfront about any of this until you complain about something, and THEN they will pull out the terms of use and contract you signed. By the way, they get away without receiving a ton of negative reviews due to the on-site managers pleading with you that it will reflect on them if you leave a negative review, so I believe most people choose not too. The on-site manager has been great, however she doesn't have the authority to assist further and she is just doing the job they trained her for. There are far better co-working spaces where you can support locally owned businesses.
