Paid 78.97$ for month of June for a 5 day trial coworking space on June 5th. They had saved my credit card info and charged me 103$ membership fee for the month of July, 10 days later on June 15 without prior intimation and they have no dispute redressal mechanism to address the issue via their team or app. 1 star for lack of transparency and dispute resolution.

I would not rent here again. The office itself was usable, but the AC/HVAC made noise throughout my tenancy and was never fully resolved. Near the end, the AC stopped working altogether. The value also declined over time. Regus announced that complimentary meeting spaces were being discontinued, basic Keurig-style coffee was around $3, and nearly every useful extra, including better internet, carried an additional monthly cost. The space felt increasingly transactional rather than professional or community-oriented. Move-out was frustrating as well. The House Rules I signed listed the Office Restoration Service at $4.75/sq ft, but I was charged $5.75/sq ft. I asked for the notice showing when the higher rate became applicable to my agreement, but I did not receive it before my card was charged. The issue was not the dollar amount. It was the lack of clear communication around facility problems, amenity reductions, and fee changes. The on-location staff were the one redeeming quality. They were consistently helpful during my time there, but they seemed to have little control over how the organization operated.

Wonderful location, and I increased productivity more than home! Mostly, I am relieved to feel comfy with adequate resources and work/study focus. Good for students who work too. Way better than studying at university, libraries, snack bars, restaurants, or on the go. Arrived stocked with any you need, and this place is a great day for sure!

Extremely unprofessional. Having multiple pushy reps contact me for one month. I have asked to be removed from their contact list and they continue to email and call. Was told about a space that was available then when it was time to go see it, it wasn't available. Not a good experience.
