Horrible service, impossible to contact them. The floor has several maintenance issues. They charge money without authorization.

Be very cautious with Office Calgary. In my experience, rent was collected but not passed on to the landlord the leased from and I ended up facing eviction through no fault of my own. They offer very low rent to attract people, but unless you pay the full lease upfront the price often increases. It also looks like they’ve created a new Google listing after a wave of bad reviews. I’d strongly recommend doing extra research before signing anything.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
