We rented an office for over a year here however we will never rent again. Very old building that requires major improvements. The washroom has been closed for a long time, making it inconvenient. The hallways feel unsafe, with some areas barricaded.

We had an office here. It is not only an old building but, most importantly, it suffers from a lack of maintenance. The bathrooms were dirty, and the men's washroom was out of order for a couple of months, with no repairs or maintenance being done. The thin walls don't block any noise from the neighboring office or the hallway.

Great place to interview Staff is friendly but the place is a little outdated in terms of carpet and rooms Other that that a good option

We have Been Renting office space in Le team for the last year. We recently upgraded to bigger office space in the building. John and Sudhir are such a pleasure to work with they truely Make it LeTeam!!

Horrible area and building. Be sure to read the contract which stipulates illegal late fees (8% per day!!!) and a ridiculous 2 month cancellation notice. Many other more user friendly business & meeting hosting in the city. Steer clear of these guys. Edit: Their evasive response will give you some idea of what it's like to work with these guys. They have a lot of fake positive reviews from years ago. Proceed at your own risk.
