I can't speak highly enough of TradeSpace and what they offer to the local business community. For those launching businesses or scaling, TradeSpace offers a risk mitigated approach that minimizes long term and expensive leasing/facility/staffing obligations. We rented the boardroom for an important meeting, and Val was great to work with. She showed us around and allowed us to tour the back areas. I really appreciated the trendy boardroom, which feels much more professional than a coffee shop and is very reasonably priced. We are hoping that Trade Spaces will open their Edmonton branch, as we are looking to acquire both warehousing and office space. i have seen two of their buildings and they are very trendy.
