The place is excellent, beautiful and amazing to gather people, the only reason I put 2 starts is because in summer is too hot inside and hard to breathe, and there is not ventilation, I hope they add ventilation, I'm still recommending the place but I always mention this issue.

We recently hosted a retirement party for our parents at TradeSpace and it was the perfect venue! The space is big and open, with beautiful high ceilings that made it feel airy and spacious — ideal for the number of guests we had. It was especially great for kids; we brought in our inflatable bounce house and it fit with no problem. There was also plenty of room for seating, lawn games, and food we had catered in. Communication with the TradeSpace team, especially Max, was excellent. He was quick to respond and really helpful throughout the planning process. We’d definitely recommend this venue if you’re hosting a party — especially one with a fun, “campy” vibe. The residing picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and string lights really added to the theme. Highly recommend!

In Calgary, There are many co-working options, each offering distinct environments tailored to different professional needs. Some of them are nominally tailored towards community. They provide a lot of benefits and perks such as free drinks and breakfast, but come at a hefty monthly cost. Some of them are more corporate, providing a four wall style with a professional feeling, although at times, it could feel very much stifling. TradeSpace, to me personally, has the best of both worlds. It is a unique blend of office and warehousing space, and although I have never used the warehousing side of things, the office side has been wonderful. The professional area is open concept. There is free coffee on tap. The boardroom usage is very much up front, 2 hours a day for free, first come first serve. There is no “unlimited usage boardroom” to lure you in like some other companies, and after 3 months, they tell you “while usage is unlimited, the fact that you are using it is really not fair to others.” The office space pricing is also beyond reasonable. I was able to get a parking spot, over 6 access passes, and a private office for all under $1500. Also, there is almost always a coordinator at the entrance, so if you need something taken care of, it will be quickly addressed. In short, I would heavily recommend this place to everyone, whether you are a one person or a small group of entreprenuers. But hey, what do I know? I’m just some guy. Come try it out for yourselves!
