TradeSpace - 2360 Portland Street Southeast

I recently visited TradeSpace | Shared Warehouse & Office and had a very mixed experience overall. There are some positives worth noting. The concept of a shared warehouse and office space is interesting, and the facility does have potential for businesses that need flexible space. However, the overall execution and organization during my visit felt significantly lacking. The main issue was communication and coordination between staff. When arriving and attempting to check in, there appeared to be confusion regarding who was expected on-site and how the roster was managed. Even when providing clear information, it felt like the staff were not fully aligned or informed, which created unnecessary delays and uncertainty. At times, it seemed like different departments (front desk, receiving, and other operations) were not communicating effectively with each other, which impacted the overall experience. Another concern was the level of organization within the facility. Important information and logistics did not appear to be clearly tracked or verified, which contributed to a disorganized and inefficient check-in process. For a warehouse and office environment where coordination is essential, this lack of clarity stood out as a significant issue. Security was also a concern during my visit. The level of monitoring and controlled access did not feel strong, and there seemed to be limited oversight of movement within the facility. For a shared warehouse space where goods and operations are being handled, stronger security protocols and more consistent enforcement would be important to ensure both safety and accountability. Overall, while the concept of the space is promising and could serve businesses well, the current experience felt disorganized and under-managed. Improvements in communication between departments, clearer operational procedures, and stronger security measures would make a significant difference in the professionalism and reliability of the facility. At this time, based on my experience, I would recommend caution and suggest ensuring all details are confirmed ahead of time before visiting or conducting business here.

These guys were amazing!!! Val and Pat were awesome to deal with. I had a last minute emergency and needed space and they went above and beyond to accomodate me and I am just a new client so I had no pull :) (I think they moved like 20 skids to get me the space I needed in 2 days). The warehouse is super clean and accessible. Will be looking to probably get a more permanent space with them. This is the first review I have ever done so if it doesn't show I give them 10 stars!!!! Thanks for saving my butt!!!

Everyone at TradeSpace has been easy to work with and I have hugely benefitted from the services offered here. I would highly recommend small business who are looking for warehouse space or fulfillment services, they truly have the answer to for all your needs!
