Excellent and friendly service. If you get there early enough the wait times are very reasonable.
Quick in and out for a passport renewal
Good service but busy they do something about that
Got my passport renewed here a couple years ago. I went on a weekday afternoon and there was a long line but it moved rather quickly. Clean location, efficient staff and big waiting area with lots of seats.
Line is already terrible not moving and one of the staff keep using his phone un bothered for the people who is patiently waiting. Like other staff doing their job but this guy specifically not doing his job. He is nit even calling for the number. And this indian lady book me to a wrong que and i need to wait another hour just to do my thing!!!!! Educate yoyr staff teach them how to work properly!!!
