The place is nice and outside the building you can pay street parking. By appointment only.1st floor is Philippine Consulate.2nd floor is the school and beside it is photo copier.

Used the Calgary Business Centre for a couple of administrative things and overall the experience was pretty smooth. The place is clean, organized, and the staff actually seem to know what they’re doing. They’re straightforward, professional, and don’t make you stand around confused like some other offices. Wait times depend on the day — sometimes you get helped right away, other times you’re sitting for a bit. But once you’re at the counter, they process everything quickly and explain what you need without giving you attitude. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient if you’re already in the area. Only minor downside is that certain services aren’t available all the time, so it’s worth checking ahead before you go. Overall, solid spot if you need business-related documents handled or just want everything done properly without a headache.
