Welcome to our first venue in Brussels, an architectural landmark by Mr. Constantin Brodzki. This modernist masterpiece is located right next to the Sonian Forest and only 10 minutes from Avenue Louise. The structure’s remarkable façade was made of 756 prefab convex oval concrete modules. The parallel lines that follow each other give the nine-storey building a monolithic feel, with the discreet entrance indicating its office function. The building was carefully transformed into a professional coworking space exuding a mature and warm feeling while respecting the already existing structures and identity of the building. We like to sum up the interior style like this: "when a Seventies James Bond takes a ride back into the future and lands in Japan in 2018”. Whether you need a private office or a flex desk, for one or for your evolving team, Fosbury & Sons’ co-working locations offer a welcoming and personal customer experience that leaves you carefree and focused on the job at hand. We create a place you’d love to go to every day.

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Fosbury & Sons, who is more than happy to help out.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
