No complaints from me really. I arrived internationally from Singapore and departed on a domestic flight to Melbourne. The Queue can build fast but the staff does a good job of handling the queue once it builds and their staff effectively handles it. I like that. No one likes a queue and that is a signal of inefficiency but here they see when it gets inefficient and staff is trained to alleviate it.

Perth airport Security staff very rude unprofessional, even racist 🙄. We came from bali at 00:20, we ask for help how to use scanner, they look at us, no reply at all, we ask again 2 time then he goes i can't help.

Coming in through security was the only good experience in this airport. The flight notification board was still showing flights that departed at 2.30pm and it was after 9pm. Our flight showed final boarding call on the board but no announcement was made. There were three flights leaving within an hour of each of to Sydney (ended up being delayed by 25 minutes), Brisbane (delayed) and Melbourne, and the staff offered no advise over the loud speaker even though the board showed SYD and BRIS boarding. The Sydney flight left, the board showed final boarding call for Brisbane and still no advise on what was happening nor any apology for the delay. Very disappointing especially after travelling thru Koh Samui with Bangkok Airways and Changi with Jetstar International.

Arrived from Doha, tired people coming from all over the world, no information office on arrival, go out to see taxis, wow nothing! Had to wait quite a bit and ask a random car hire shop for information. Now on departure I feel the same, haven’t found a great variety of restaurants to serve my favourite curry, seriously I mean rice, I like Asian food and seriously this is no good. Maybe there are but just haven’t found. No brother not like this.

Car parking close to the terminals is a plus; getting out of the parking area is tricky as there are limited signs so go slowly. Plenty of cafes inside open even with the 5am flight to Melbourne so a good chance to get something before the boarding. Clean and spacious areas.
