Great place to grab a desk and work from when escaping the city. Quiet, accessible and plenty of space to have private meetings. Walking distance to a lot of great cafes and restaurants and public transport. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience when booking a small room for a client consultation - very affordable too for a drop in option. David upgraded me to an office - (because it was available at the time) - amazing!! David then pulled out all stops when I realised I'd left my power supply at home. Lovely team, nice atmosphere and great wifi - and happy client consult. Win Win Win. Will be back.

The best co working facility I’ve ever been to. Rebecca and David are so kind and hospitable, making the environment here incredible, great wifi, amazing facilities, incredible backgrounds to shoot content, host meetings, brainstorm. This is a powerhouse for any business, entrepreneur or creative. All packaged in a fair price. Immense value.

I used this space for an interview whilst on holidays away from my home office - David (one of the owners) was super accommodating. When I explained I was looking to inspect the booth that I had booked to do an interview he upgraded my room from the booth to the boardroom (which happened to be available). This was an unexpected bonus and made for a much more comfortable interview, and I'm sure it went some way to me securing the role! Thanks David for your hospitality and for making a wandering visitor feel so welcome. Needless to say I highly recommend this vibrant modern space if you're passing through or if you're looking to rent longer term - I suspect you will be well looked after by David and the team

I would really recommend the Workers Hut to anyone who wants to work on a great innovative and supportive environment, surrounded by friendly people, and at great proximity from the coast.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Workers Hut.

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at 17 Baines Crescent provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience 17 Baines Crescent and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
