Appalling service. Workers have no clue what their fing job is. Booked me in for a licence appointment (interstate transfer) without doing my license verification. Only made aware on the appointment day and booked in for another appointment for the same bloody thing. Doesn’t end there.. double booked for two appointments (interstate rego transfer and license) at the same bloody time, the Broadmeadows VicRoads worker was hesitant to accept.
