Absolutely love working here. Having come from 'high corporate', the space feels like a chic Urban Retreat with a touch of corporate treehouse. The Common's team are always so helpful, and go out of their way to keep us fed and entertained. Highly recommend it.

Working from The Commons South Melbourne is the opposite of “just another office”. The team here are absolute legends. They somehow manage to make every week feel like a mix between a productive work sprint and a mini community festival. The events are always top notch, the coffee’s brewed to Melbourne-standard perfection, and the staff really do go above and beyond to make this place special (Barry the Westie can confirm - they’re his favourite people on earth). The cleaning team deserves their own shout-out for keeping everything spotless while Barry trails behind pretending he’s helping tidy up. And the other companies in the space? Equally rad. You’ll find everyone from creative agencies to tech gurus, us sustainability nerds, and startup teams all swapping ideas and snacks between meetings. I've been here for a year now and I'm kicking myself for not being here earlier. The vibe on all three levels of this office space is the same; friendly, fun, helpful and cooperative. The office space itself is top notch, always comfortable and clean. Amenities are second to none. And the treats! You are plied during the week with all manner of delicious foods and drinks, and each month there are numerous fun events. The staff here absolutely build upon the fantastic culture of this place, always there with a ready smile and always so helpful and generous with their time (and the treats!).

let me begin by saying that life doesn’t get much better than with the team at the commons south melbourne. Life is hard enough, let alone start a business, trying to do some real good in the world. All this made so much easier, more fun, more doable, by not only the conducive space brought about by the brand, but by the essence of it, its people, its beautiful, beautiful staff that represent it so well;) thank you south melbourne team. would rave about the parking too so stay tuned for more

If this isn’t the best place to work at everyday, I don’t know what is! Being a member of the Commons, specifically located in the South Melbourne location is the best ever! The amazing ladies at front of house - Alanah and Bella - always so polite & greet everyone that comes in. Noted it’s their job, but they are so real, anyone who walks in would feel like they made a friend for life. The activities they put on for members, the food, the assistance, , market munchies, the Friday afternoon drinks and all the other good things, it is the funnest place to work. If you’re looking for a great workspace, either for yourself or your team, look no further! The Commons South Melbourne has you covered!
