ko\&co workhub is a design-led coworking space in South Melbourne built for creatives, small business owners, remote workers and solo operators who want to work in community, not alone. With 38 open-plan desks, natural light, and spaces to connect, focus and make progress, it’s everything you miss about a great workplace (without the suits, stale lighting or awkward office politics). Whether you're a local freelancer or part of a remote team that needs a home base, this is your place to plug in, reset, and belong.
Each desk comes with a monitor, a docking station, a keyboard, and a mouse. You'll also have access to fast Wi-Fi, great coffee, snacks, meeting rooms, and friendly people. It’s work, but better.
Access hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
When you arrive, ring the doorbell at the entrance, and a member of our team will buzz you in. We may look unassuming from the outside, but head up the stairs to Level 1 and you’ll find ko&co waiting for you.
Please note: there is no lift access. The space is on the first floor and requires walking up one flight of stairs.
