Great co working space woth plenty of ample parking and great facilities including offices, kitchen, function space and board rooms. Really lovely community too.

I have been using EIBC for a few of the events I've organised for my clients. I find the experience second to none - service, facilities, audio, IT and catering. I can confidently say that Liz and her team do an excellent job in ensuring that the delegate's experience is seamless, and my experience is successful.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Eastern Innovation. Let's put aside the facilities available are aesthetically pleasing and lend itself perfectly for any business meetings/events along with the extras such as Kitchen / AV accesses etc; the team are ever so helpful, ready to discuss your best options and always ensure that when we have booked a room it is professionally set up for us. Their rates are incredibly affordable too. Eastern Innovation is now our only choice when we require further room for our needs. This review which I wrote in 2024 still holds true for 2025, having used their events room for a seminar just recently. Love the people that are there, always so helpful in a friendly and professional way.

We recently held our International Volunteer Day/Christmas Celebration for all our volunteers at the Eastern Innovation Business Centre. What a fantastic venue! The room was fantastic, plenty of space for everyone and the set up for the caterers was perfect. The fantastic Liz was so on the ball and so organised, which made our life so much easier. And the building itself, with it's sustainable features was such an added bonus. The feedback we had from all of our volunteers and staff was the best I think we have every received. I can't recommend the Centre enough, whether you are wanting a big space or smaller, it is all there. Thanks again Liz for a fantastic night! We will be back!

Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Eastern Innovation.
