Regus locked out small businesses during COVID pandemic. Now trying to sue everyone for not being able to use their offices. It was against the law to evict Tennants during this time. If they simply allowed to recommence contract after shutdowns they would have retained 100s of businesses. I have spoken to dozens of them. Causing large damages to local businesses. Be careful. There are far better commercial deals and ethical companies out there. Thanks

Stay away from this place. Absolutely unprofessional outfit. These guys are a bunch of cowboys that does not follow simple commercial law of this country. They have no interest in serving customers. Centre staff however are very nice and helpful. Regus is where the problem is.

When we upgraded our membership they didn't provide a copy of the terms and conditions and signed us up for an additional 24 months. Now with the pandemic we have had to downsize staff and simply can't afford to keep paying when we are not using the facility. They have no way to terminate the agreement unless you provide a certificate of bankruptcy. They keep referring to T&Cs written in 2017. It seems they are the only organisation with no consideration for the current environment. Will be seeking legal advice. UPDATE: they have responded saying we would love to help, raise a case. Well this was done and the response I got was "these are the terms, nothing we can do"
