I have just spent 6-8 months working from the Deakin Business Centre and the space provided was a dream to work from. The undercover parking for office users is practical, there is plenty of parking for clients/customers, the building is accessible for all. The office is located central and close to public transport, eateries and central for all participants I deal with. Leanne is very thoughtful, helpful and professional, Leanne is more then happy to help when providing information on any other services in the building or even around town, Leanne has been friendly to clients and participants and really goes above and beyond to provide a service that is 100% The facilities are clean, the kitchen for office users is equipped with everything you need. The other staff are professional and friendly. Jill is also polite and professional on her days there and really makes effort with any visitor there to see a service.

Excellent - Leanne is excellent and flexible to deal with. I have used her many times for my business and businesses I work with.
Deakin Business Centre has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Deakin Business Centre.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
