Waterman at Merrifield in Mickleham is a great space for co-working. Room / space booking process is easy. The space is well lit and with functioning equipment. You get to meet new people. 2 minutes walk to brekky and lunch at Merrifield City. Easy access by bus and car. Ample parking space, including underground parking. Gym is just one floor down. Highly recommended for freelancers, startups, and established businesses alike who are looking for a professional space with a genuine community feel.
