It is an absolutely lovely coworking space, great location, good amenities, but the maintenance is where this place loses 2 stars for me. Examples: -The trashbins are often overfull - We've had occurences where the toilet paper ran out on the whole floor. - Water had been added to the soap since it hadn’t been refilled in a month (I think a fellow worker did that, and I don't blame them for it) - It was more than a month in between vacuums underneath the desks by the cleaners (there was dust and hair build up) - The sink is often quite unclean. - There've been instance of black substance in the milk tube for the coffee machine. - Multiple people mentioning a weird smell. Pictures attached are from coming into the office at 8:30 am, and once from 13:00 pm Maybe it's partially my fault, for I could send all of this directly to the maintenance staff. And keep reminding them. But many of these things shouldn't have to be my responsibility to check, since they are quite obvious to notice, since a regular office worker can also see it. All in all, I'm happy here, the pricing is quite a bit better than I can find anywhere in Melbourne. But it's mostly the maintenance which has caused the loss in stars

I’ve been in Milton House less than a month and will no doubt be staying for the coming months - this space is clean, spacious and a variety of work spots and kitchens (not to mention the city views from the rooftop terrace 😍). Stuart and the team have been more than welcoming - would highly recommend The Hive as a place to work 😊

Started working here a few weeks ago when I switched to remote work. Love the space the location the amenity and how well the staff take care of me! Special shout out to Stuart for answering my panicked questions at all hours! Every desk has beautiful light, there are a lot of options to move around through the day and you can’t beet the terrace with the beach to city views!

Great coworking space with a perfect location and cozy atmosphere. The entire building is very clean and equipped with proper office amenities, making it an excellent place to work. Additionally, the stunning rooftop with a beautiful sea and CBD view is a real pleasure for lunch breaks!

The staff are incredible — always friendly, welcoming, and full of warmth and hospitality 😊. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Some of my favourite things? ☕ Free hot chocolate (yes please!), banana muffins, fruits, and other yummy treats on breakfast days 🧁🍌🍫 🌿 The terrace is a hidden gem — with calming views of the city and the beach, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy lunch or a quiet coffee break. 🚿 Great amenities including showers, clean bathrooms, phone booths, and well-stocked kitchen spaces. 📍And the location is unbeatable — right at the corner of Grey St & Fitzroy St in St Kilda.
