We visited to attend the Archibald prize. It was well laid out. The permanent collection has some wonderful pieces. It’s a great gallery for viewing art.

Shame on you. I came to visit "After Image" but was told the toilets can only be accessed if I pay to view the Archibald exhibit, which I have no intention of doing. I was told to go the the Library. After I asked , a woman with a walker was told the same. Shame on you. It doesn't matter how good your gallery and exhibits are if you can't provide a modicum of basic service to your visitors. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
