Hired a desk at the M&C loft for close to a year and it was hard to leave. Ric and the crew were great and easy to deal with. Natural sunlight bathed the space plus cosy in winter times and cool during the warmer months. Internet connection was never an issue and can’t beat central Fitzroy location.

Hidden Gem for Mature Professionals in Fitzroy. As a seasoned small business owner, I found my professional home away from home for two years at this exceptional co-working space Fitzroy. Tucked away up a flight of stairs, from the moment you step through the door, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth, creativity, and productivity. Plus the views out to the City add to the loft feel. The heart and soul of this space is undoubtedly the host, Ric. His genuine warmth and welcoming nature set the tone for the entire space. Along with his penchant for treating us to homemade goodies. For solo operators and small business owners looking for a space that combines professionalism with a personal touch, look no further. Five stars doesn't do it justice!

Amazing coworking space in the heart of Fitzroy! Not only is the space light and bright, but the desks are MASSIVE, especially for the price compared to other coworking spaces! Everyone here is super friendly too. Plants, great views, social catch ups, a little meeting room available to book, well equipped kitchen with all the usuals (coffee machine, microwave etc). The only slight killer is the many flights of stairs, but hello thighs of steel! 🔥 There's a goods lift available to help move things in too, so you don't have to carry everything up. Fantastic space! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a desk!

What a great office and what a lovely group of fellow people using the space. Ric and his team have really taken care of me, and I love working from this historic Fitzroy landmark location. I really do recommend this to anyone needing to lease a desk space.

M&C Loft at Fitzroy is a wonderful coworking space. Location is great with easy access whether you are travelling via public transport or car parking spaces nearby if you choose to drive. I have been working here with Ric since 2017 on a casual basis. Ric has given the space a complete new look, more greens, beautiful artwork , Heating/Cooling system etc. making it even more comfortable to be working there. Friendly companions sharing the space is another highlight. Definitely recommend this space if anyone is looking for one.
