Before my medical exam, I was extremely anxious and nervous. I didn’t know what to expect or how visa applicants would be treated. English is not my first language, which added to my anxiety. I chose not to have an interpreter because I wanted to practice and improve my English, and I thought speaking directly with an English speaker would help me do that. This made me a bit nervous, as I was worried I might not fully understand everything. I was also nervous because companions are not allowed, and I knew I would be alone during the whole process. However, the moment I arrived, all my nervousness disappeared. The receptionist, attendants, and nurses were all incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone was very efficient, patient, polite and helpful. I especially want to mention Dr Mat... he addressed my concerns about my medical records and medical history very thoroughly. I really appreciated that he allowed me to speak with his boss, which helped ease my worries even more. The entire staff consistently asked if I had any questions and explained everything step by step in a calm and respectful way. My appointment was scheduled around 1:00 PM. Although the guidelines say to arrive 5 minutes before the appointment, I arrived at 12:25 PM and they were kind enough to accommodate me early. My medical examination was completed by exactly 2:20 PM, which I found very efficient. Overall, the experience was far better than I expected. The clinic is comfortable, and the way they treat clients is truly reassuring. I highly recommend BUPA Dandenong to anyone needing a visa medical exam. You will not regret it. My nervousness completely disappeared because of how well I was treated by everyone there.

It wasn't crowded, and the staff were all so sweet. A very satisfying experience.

Why tell us that we have appointments at 10.30 and 10.45 and at 12 noon we are still waiting to be seen. We paid nearly $900 for these useless medicals at least do them on time. Someone is making alot of money out of this, seeing I only pay $90 to see my GP. Disgraceful service
