A good room for our purposes. Though access to setup prior to start time would be great. Doors open at 9 for 9am.

I have a virtual office here but use the meeting rooms regularly - very convenient for me and for clients. They like the surrounding centre, parking etc for after their meeting.

The building services are sub-standard (AC and Vertical Transportation) The way Waterman handled the situation was poor in the extreme. I had been a client of Waterman for over 4 years (at a different facility) however the 10 months here have meant I will not be taking space at another Waterman facility again
