I waited almost 3 1/2 years for cataract surgery. They kept loosing my referrals? Referrals not forwarded to Pennington clinic from Port Augusta Hospital. They gaslighted me when I became frustrated with my deteriorating vision and all the delays. If only they were up front and honest it would have saved my time waiting, waiting and waiting. It would have been helpful if they just said they did not want to help me but to tag me along for so long was cruel and unprofessional and could have resulted in permanent vision loss. My optometrist eventually referred me to another specialist and I was seen within 3months. Anyone who is experiencing similar delays, don’t waste your time, seek help elsewhere.

Receptionists seem like they don't know what they're doing, not friendly either. Process of getting eye exams and laser was confusing and not really well explained. Questioned whether I was getting scammed. Doctors were professional though and are skilled at what they do.

The premises is unsuitable for wheelchair access. Cramped ramps, doorways too narrow, hallways very tight, mirror for eye chart unable to be seen. Highly qualified doctors instill confidence.

Amazing service. Knowledgeable and very professional. All the doctors were amazing, with a special thanks for Callisto for being so caring, patient and interested in identifying the problem.
