We rent Office space in Offices First Toowong and it is awesome. All the tenants and staff are super friendly and you have the food courts, coffee shops, train and bus stations and plenty of parking literally out the front door.

i've run my small business (law prac) out of OF's toowong serviced offices for about 18 months now without a hitch. The set up is professional and the staff know what they're doing. They're properly trained in client contact, secretarial tasks, and always present a professional manner- some of my clients feel so at ease with the staff here that they assume the whole establishment is mine! A very ( i think) reasonably priced way to go if your business only needs a small footprint to operate. And its easy and cheap to park ($4 a day)!

Offices First has everything to be expected with serviced offices. Workspace, secretarial services, shared public and private areas, on-demand meeting rooms and cleaning. This is all provided at a high standard and with charming staff. The location in Toowong is convenient to shops and parking is easy. All in all, a great choice for a smaller business.
