Amazing place to work for short periods or longer. We visited the Gold Coast for pleasure and needed a central office space to work from. This space was ideal and very accommodating.

Great place to setting in and get some work done. A quite friendly environment with free tea/coffee as well as a great selection of snacks. Couldn’t recommend more.

A decent space in a great location. It's utilitarian in a nondescript office space that's primarily for a travel company, so don't expect bells and whistles like established players, but it ticked all the boxes for essential coworking needs for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, the internet was fast & stable, the space was quiet enough to get good work in, and basic tea/coffee amenities were offered. Just a couple of blocks away from the beach, which was the main draw. Would work here again (and prefer it to other spaces in the area, eg. Regus) if I was to do another day trip to Surfers Paradise.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • CoWorking Office is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with CoWorking Office.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with CoWorking Office, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
