Offices First at Southport was the perfect "first step" for me and my business. The common areas have been fit out to an extremely high standard, the location is fantastic, and the reception staff are so helpful, that most of my clients did not even know they were not my employees. I could not have built my business to where it is, without help from Offices First. I highly recommend it as a location for anyone looking for a serviced office.

Carla and Sharlene are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing is a problem and they are friendly to deal with. They provide exceptional service to their tenants. My experience with the Southport Office has been nothing but positive. The office space is beautiful and the view is amazing. I love their communal jigsaw incentive and the coffee is perfect 😁

Offices First - Southport has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Offices First.
