I can’t believe they are in business. Terrible experience and service. I ordered a private desk for a month, which the website indicated as available but it wasn’t. The support downgraded me and “processed a refund for the difference” which after 1 month I haven’t received yet. I opened a support ticket as their dual monitor setup is not compatible with Mac computers and asked for help, but never got a reply. I cancel my renewal and also contacted them via email to ask to process my refund and confirm my renewal was cancelled. They confirmed and today, after 4 days from confirming it, I got charged another $510 for a private desk. Terrible company, likely fake reviews. There is more to it, but the above are enough for a 1 star review.

An exceptional shared workspace for any business! The workstations are very well-managed, making it a pleasure to work here. The amenities (fantastic coffee machine, tea options, meeting room, printer) just add to the convenience. I was looking for a quieter space (which Grospace covers) where I can focus and not get distracted, but still using the boarding room for my phone calls and some meetings.

Grospace has been a fantastic choice for our office space needs & has been an affordable option for our new business (2 team members)It is a great spot for co-working or collaborating as a small team. The location is a perk with plenty of baked goods, restaurants for lunch meetings in the walking distance.
