I was lucky enough to experience this powerhouse managed office space while working on projects in both Brisbane and Surfers Paradise. Conveniently located just across the road from the Nobby's Beach cafes on the Gold Coast Highway in Miami, Queensland, this fully furnished and well-managed office space is only five minutes from the Surfers Paradise CBD. The space offers a great atmosphere for productivity and quality interactions, making it ideal for professionals. Just an update—Miami Business Centre now features business-grade internet, which has made the experience even better. It is a lovely little centre for individual businesses. Such a great idea for small business to have something like this to operate from Parking is fine too I usually get something out the front which is awesome.

A really great centre, with clever use of space available to a range of businesses who share reception and other facilities.
2190 Gold Coast Highway has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Miami Business Centre.
