Forget what you think you know about shared offices, this place is terrific. Thoughtful and practical design and layout. Friendly, helpful and approachable staff. Lots of nice touches like the snacks and happy hour, drinks fridge, plumbed sparingly water and high quality paper in the copier. Lots of break out areas and options for meetings and private phone calls etc. Everything is easy on the app re bookings etc but there is always a human around to help with things outside of the box.

The Space: The workspace is spacious and open-concept. However, there are limited meeting rooms, and it can get quite noisy as people often hold meetings at their desks. The amenities include a coffee machine, tea, and a few snacks, which is a nice touch. The music outside was quite distracting. Customer Service: If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first visit, and when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. After waiting for some time, I had to search for assistance, and eventually, someone located the receptionist. Unfortunately, she greeted me with unnecessary attitude, for reasons I still don’t understand. I had booked a phone booth for an important conversation with an investor, but in the middle of the call, the receptionist abruptly opened the door without any warning, disrupting the conversation at a critical moment. She accused me of not making a booking, which I later realized was a mistake in their system. Regardless, this behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Her disregard for my situation and lack of respect is the reason I won’t be returning to this unwelcoming space.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
