I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Staff were not only unhelpful but also came across as dismissive, offering minimal information about the programs available to the community. There was a clear lack of engagement and willingness to assist. I would not recommend this service in its current state and suggest improvements in both staff communication and public information accessibility.

We've delivered training at Regional Business HQ four times in the last couple of months. The team here is super helpful, and the training rooms are spacious. Each room has basic amenities like tea and coffee, and a mini fridge. There's different rooms depending on your audience size. Out of hours access is easily managed by automation on your phone. I would highly recommend reaching out to Regional Business HQ if you are planning to have a conference, meeting or training.
