Fantastic space right in the heart of Terrigal close to the beach. Lots of space and privacy booths for those important web meetings. Great kitchen too.

We absolutely loved our time at Skillion Spaces. After 18 months in our private office, we’ve sadly outgrown the space and need to move on. Rollsy (the owner) has created something genuinely special here. He takes the time to get to know everyone and their business, and that sense of community is what makes the place feel so welcoming. The energy is always good, the atmosphere is productive and the snacks never disappoint. Highly recommend Skillion Spaces to anyone looking for a supportive and friendly co-working environment.

Skillion Spaces is a great co-working place in an amazing location (Terrigal). It's designed very tastefully and is modern and well equipped. The big bonus is that it's only a 60 second walk to the beach and there's loads of great cafe's and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk. Rollsy (the owner) is an exceptional host - highly recommended as a much better alternative to working at home 😎

Skillion is a fantastic coworking space. It’s comfortable, professional, and perfect for any type of solo work, team meetings, and client calls. Rollsy, the founder, was an absolute legend helping us secure a last-minute space. Great community vibe, inspiring connections, and definitely a space I’ll continue to work from.

Terrigal might seem like just a sleepy seaside town, the kind of place Sydney families head to for summer holidays. And sure, that’s part of its charm. But if you’re a remote worker or digital nomad, there are actually a lot of reasons you might want to base yourself here. The catch is, you can’t really work from the beach or sit in cafés all day (most of them close pretty early). That’s where Skillion Spaces comes in. It’s in a super convenient spot, only a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Skillion Point, one of the best whale-watching spots around, is ten minutes away—perfect for when you need a quick break or a bit of inspiration. Parking on site isn’t ideal, but there’s a free multi-storey car park just a few minutes away, so it’s not a dealbreaker. The coworking space itself is open 24/7, which is a lifesaver in a town that tends to shut down early. It’s clean, well-looked after, and they keep it stocked with coffee, tea, and fresh fruit—small touches that go a long way when you’re working long hours. But honestly, the real magic here isn’t the space—it’s the people. The community is full of hardworking, interesting folks from all over the world, and it makes a huge difference to the vibe. At the centre of it all is Rollsy, the founder. He’s one of those people who makes things happen—friendly, approachable, and always looking to connect people or lend a hand. He puts a lot of effort into building the community, organising hikes, talks, and even leading the Skillion Spaces crew to become the local pub quiz champions. All in all, Skillion Spaces isn’t just somewhere to plug in your laptop—it’s a place where you actually feel part of something.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Skillion Spaces may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • With a monthly membership, 16 Church Street offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

  • At 16 Church Street, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
