We are very happy with JustCo here. No surprise charges, no admin headache, just smooth consistent monthly invoice and everything is included in that. Staff have also been helpful.

Hugely disappointed today. I came to a meeting at JustCo in King Street, Sydney with a 5kg fully grown Bona fide service dog and reception called security on me! They way they treated me, you’d think I walked in with a bomb strapped to my chest. Then they came into my meeting and in front of 8 other people informed that today was ok but next time, I’m have to see security and fill in a lot of paperwork. Way to go JustCo. It’s Mental Health Awareness month. Perhaps the first thing you can do is stop contravening the Discrimination Act? Also, next time have a conversation with the person involved before telling them you’ve called building security. So better.

A big miss. Having used Just Co at other locations, I was extremely disappointed. I booked the Just Inspire room from 9am to 1pm at the King St office for my company’s annual strategic planning session. Upon arrival, we noticed the board room table was extremely dirty. There were crumbs all over the boardroom table, there were extensive drink sweat rings and some kind of sticky substance all over. We also noted crumbs on chairs and on the floor and the screen covered in fingerprints. It was evident that the room had not been cleaned from previous use. We asked for the table to be wiped. The person from reception commented the cleaners are not very good. She proceeded to spray and wipe the table with an adhesive remover which subsequently left an oily residue on the table which then stained our documents. We brought this to her attention at which point she became frustrated and proceeded to leave the rag on the table so we could clean it ourselves. The poor and frankly unacceptable condition of the room delayed the commencement of our meeting. At approximately 12.50pm, a few of the reception staff began pacing in front of the glass outside our meeting room. One staff member tapped their watch indicating our time was up even though the room was booked until 1pm. They then proceeded to knock and enter at 12.55 telling us we had to vacate because there was another booking at 1pm. We did not get to finalise and close our meeting as we were rushed out when our time wasn’t even up, and we were delayed because of the facilities being in an unacceptable condition. Apart from the obvious hygiene issues, the conduct of the staff was unprofessional. When I book a space for a designated time, I expect it to be clean and to have it for the time I have paid for – not to be bullied to pack up and leave (after being delayed because it was in a disgusting state). My colleagues and I all agree this was a terrible experience and will not book with Just Co again.
