I was pretty disappointed with my experience here. The marketing guy was my host and was 10 minutes late for my tour of the premises. He refused to start the tour without interrogating me about my business which I found aggressive and unnecessary when I wanted to find out what they had to offer. I thought we would talk about my business and what I'm looking for during the tour. It was completely unnecessary and disrespectful behaviour. He also didn't give me the full tour because "he didn't have time". If he hadn't wasted 10 minutes at the start and ran 10 minutes late, we would have had sufficient time. The quality of the tour was exceptionally poor. He kept walking ahead of me instead of beside me, mumbled, ran his words together and was very difficult to hear and understand. I had to ask him on multiple occasions to speak louder so I could hear him. I understand that there are workers around but he could of picked key places to communicate clearly and effectively and been silent around the working areas. The information provided was very unclear and unhelpful. It would of been great if I had got a hand out or something at the end to summarise all the information but there was nothing. It was a very disappointing experience because I was looking forward to signing up. I just felt that the communication, presentation, and service was very poor. I didn't feel confident that if I signed up that I would get all the information and service needed. It was incredibly disappointing because I went there ready to sign up that day.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Fishburners.
