Awesome workspace right between North Sydney and Milsons Point. Has a great atmosphere of most modern industrial chic. Friendly staff, plenty of break out areas and excellent coffee shop on site. Great location and good air con in offices.

Mark, the owner, has meticulously crafted this space from the ground up, and it shows. Unlike other working environments, this one offers the unique charm of the Heritage Harbour Bridge, coupled with a fantastic café in Bay10 for all members. The atmosphere is perfect for networking with fellow business owners, providing ample opportunities for idea exchange and collaboration based on your business focus. Additionally, they organize social events and parties, making it easy to connect with others and unwind after a long day. The facilities are top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, toaster, and filtered water, as well as a shower with all necessary amenities. With multiple meeting rooms available (though booking is required), this space truly goes above and beyond. Honestly, it rivals even the best 5-star hotels. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Work Inc.
