West End Professional Suites are conveniently located on Hunter Street, Newcastle West. Ideal for professional service providers we have both private suites and co-working space available as well as offering meeting rooms and boardrooms for external hire. Our tenants have access 24/7 to the building.
Each suite also has access to our two (2) meeting rooms and our boardroom each month and includes daily mail collection and dispatch of outgoing mail, private fibre internet connection, dedicated phone line and answering service, twice weekly office cleaning and more.
Onsite car parking is limited and will be subject to availability at the time of signing the lease (additional monthly cost). We are short walk to alternative undercover car parking facilities and Newcastle Interchange. Short-term 2 hour parking is directly out the front of the building.
