+U a Work Collective is an independent, family-owned flexible workspace providing serviced private offices at 822 George Street, Chippendale—just 100 metres from Central Station.
Set across seven distinctive levels of a character-filled heritage building, +U offers private offices for teams of different sizes, from small businesses and startups to established companies and larger project teams. Each level has its own layout and shared facilities, creating a more personal alternative to large, corporate serviced-office providers.
Our memberships combine the privacy of a dedicated office with the convenience of a fully serviced workplace. Inclusions typically cover furniture, high-speed internet, electricity and utilities, regular cleaning, reception services, bookable meeting rooms, phone booths, printing facilities, shared kitchens and breakout areas, bike storage, end-of-trip facilities and secure 24/7 access.
