This place is the best! Sunsuites offers a fantastic private office setup – way better than my home office! They’ve got all the necessities covered: fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, great coffee, and even after hours access. just a few steps away from the beach – perfect for a lunchtime surf to recharge. The team are always around if you need anything, but the space itself is so well-organised, you’ll hardly have to ask. They even answered my questions late at night. Absolute legends! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a productive workspace with some extra perks

Sun suites is a lovely place to work with light bright modern environment. It had everything I needed for my short term work commitments whilst visiting the Northern Beaches. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

I really hate leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I feel it’s necessary. I reached out about getting a temporary desk for 1-2 months while traveling from NYC. The management emailed me confirming they had a desk available, and I quickly said I’d take it. But then, 24 hours later, just as I was flying over from NYC, I got another email saying the space had been taken, they were now full, and they couldn’t accommodate me anymore. This left me completely stuck without a place to work. What really bothers me, and the reason I’m writing this, is that when I asked what happened, they completely ghosted me. They spoke to me once on the phone, promised to call me back, but never did. No apology, no explanation for how they could offer me the desk and then give it to someone else without even a heads-up that there was other interest. It just feels like bad business, and honestly, after living in Australia previously for 10 years, it’s not the kind of customer service that is the standard here.
