Lease"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Priddy Spaces, a franchisee of coworking brand Venture X, signed a 10-year lease for a new workspace in Pompano Beach, FL, which is set to open next year.<\/p>\n<p>The Venture X coworking space will be part of the Mayla Pompano mixed-use development located at 2335 E. Atlantic Blvd. The brand will cover 20,000 square feet of office space across the building\u2019s second, third and fourth floors.<\/p>\n<p>Once open, the flex office will be equipped with 85 private offices, four meeting rooms, and a collaborative workspace. It will also feature reception and lounge areas; premium amenities; and an outdoor balcony. Plus, Venture X members will enjoy access to the building\u2019s retail tenants, which include restaurant Calaveras Cantina, supermarket Publix and fitness studios.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPompano Beach is experiencing one of the most exciting transformations in South Florida,\u201d said Kevin Priddy, co-founder and CEO of Priddy Spaces, in a press release. \u201cThe combination of new residential development; improved infrastructure; vibrant dining and retail; and its proximity to the beach has created an environment where businesses and talent want to be. We\u2019re proud to partner with Grover Corlew to bring Venture X to this property and invest in creating a premium workplace that reflects the quality and momentum of the surrounding community.
