How is\u00a0<\/span>WorkCafe<\/span> connected to Yardi Listing Network?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

WorkCafe uses inventory from Yardi Listing Network, which includes listings already distributed through marketplaces and booking platforms such as CoworkingCafe, Deskpass, Hubble, and others. If your space is connected to Yardi Listing Network, your listings will appear on\u00a0WorkCafe.<\/p>\n

\n

Will I need to create a new listing for\u00a0<\/span>WorkCafe<\/span>?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

No. Your existing listing information, photos, inventory, pricing, and availability will continue to be managed through your existing Yardi Listing Network integration.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Do I need to do anything to start receiving <\/span>WorkCafe<\/span> bookings?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

For operators with a completed Yardi Listing Network setup, no action is\u00a0<\/span>required<\/span>. If\u00a0<\/span>your<\/span>\u00a0onboarding or payment setup is incomplete,\u00a0<\/span>you\u2019ll<\/span> need to complete those steps before you can receive bookings and payouts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When will\u00a0<\/span>WorkCafe<\/span>\u00a0launch?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

WorkCafe is\u00a0<\/span>launching with<\/span> a limited group of beta customers in June and will expand over time. As adoption grows, more booking opportunities will become available across the network. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How will bookings come through?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Bookings will continue to flow through the same systems and integrations you use today. There are no new tools or workflows\u00a0<\/span>required<\/span>\u00a0to receive\u00a0<\/span>WorkCafe<\/span> integrations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Are there any\u00a0<\/span>additional<\/span>\u00a0fees or commissions associated with these bookings?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

No. Yardi does not charge\u00a0<\/span>additional<\/span>\u00a0fees specifically for participation in\u00a0<\/span>WorkCafe<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How do payouts work?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Payouts will continue to follow the same process used for other bookings received through Yardi Listing Network. If your payment information is incomplete,\u00a0<\/span>you\u2019ll<\/span> need to finish setup before payouts can be issued. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What happens if my payment setup\u00a0<\/span>isn\u2019t<\/span>\u00a0complete?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Your listings will not be displayed on\u00a0<\/span>WorkCafe<\/span>\u00a0if\u00a0<\/span>payment<\/span> setup is incomplete. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Simply email listingnetwork@yardi.com<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span> and our team can review your account and confirm that your listings and payment details are configured correctly. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Can I choose which inventory appears on <\/span>WorkCafe<\/span>?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Yes. You control the inventory made available through your Yardi Listing Network setup. If\u00a0<\/span>you\u2019d<\/span>\u00a0like to review which workspace types, rooms, or locations appear on\u00a0<\/span>WorkCafe<\/span>, our team can help. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Can I opt out of\u00a0<\/span>WorkCafe<\/span>\u00a0later if I choose?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Yes. If you decide not to\u00a0<\/span>participate<\/span>, please contact our team and\u00a0<\/span>we\u2019ll<\/span>\u00a0remove your space from being visible in\u00a0<\/span>WorkCafe<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
