We\u2019re expanding, we\u2019re investing and we\u2019re committed to delivering exceptional workspace experiences in the country\u2019s leading business cities. Birmingham is a key part of that strategy.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Under Cubo\u2019s management, the building will offer private offices for teams of various sizes, a coworking lounge with barista coffee, breakout areas, enterprise-grade meeting suites and event space. The operator will also run networking and wellbeing events and continue to offer flexible, all-inclusive membership options.<\/p>\n<p>Located near Snow Hill and New Street stations, 55 Colmore Row remains a central hub for professional services, tech, digital and creative firms. Launched in 2020, Cubo now operates 14 locations across the UK and has recently surpassed \u00a330 million in contracted annual revenue.
