Flexible workspace operator Cubo has taken over the former WeWork site at 55 Colmore Row in Birmingham, securing a long lease on the 30,000-square-foot, Grade A building in the Colmore Business District.<\/p>\n
The company plans to retain the building\u2019s focus on high-quality coworking and private office space while also adding its own service approach and amenities.<\/p>\n
Cubo CEO and Founder, Marc Brough, said the takeover represents a significant step in the company\u2019s expansion plans.<\/p>\n

The operator will also run networking and wellbeing events and continue to offer flexible, all-inclusive membership options.<\/p>\n Located near Snow Hill and New Street stations, 55 Colmore Row remains a central hub for professional services, tech, digital and creative firms. Launched in 2020, Cubo now operates 14 locations across the UK and has recently surpassed \u00a330 million in contracted annual revenue.
