You\u2019ll receive booking notifications the same way you do today through CoworkingCafe.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Where do WeWork members see instructions for check-in and using my space?<\/h3>\n

WeWork members receive confirmation emails with your space details and instructions. These are pulled directly from the information you\u2019ve already set up in CoworkingCafe or Deskpass<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When will I receive payment for bookings made through the WeWork Affiliate Network?<\/h3>\n

Payments are made by the end of the following month after the booking. For example, a booking in January will be paid by the end of February<\/span>.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Do I need to change anything in CoworkingCafe to participate?<\/h3>\n

Nope. Your listings, availability, and pricing are already synced automatically. There\u2019s no extra setup required.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Will my pricing and availability automatically sync, or do I need to manage it separately?<\/h3>\n

CoworkingCafe and <\/span>Deskpass<\/span>: Pricing and availability remain managed in CoworkingCafe or\u00a0<\/span>Deskpass<\/span>. Any updates you make there will automatically update for WeWork members<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
<\/span>Hubble: If your space is connected via Hubble, your WeWork listing is not yet\u00a0<\/span>synced<\/span>\u00a0to your Hubble profile.\u00a0<\/span>Updates made in Hubble (including pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions) will not appear on WeWork at this time.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>We\u2019re<\/span> working to enable deeper integration, but we’re prioritizing getting your space <\/span>live<\/span>\u00a0on the WeWork Affiliate Network first.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What reporting will I get for reservations made through WeWork?<\/h3>\n

WeWork Affiliate reservations appear alongside your other reservations in CoworkingCafe under\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Bookings > Manage Bookings<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and in your\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Booking Report<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How do I cancel a booking?<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

Log in to Coworking Manager using the credentials we provide, then go to\u00a0<\/span>Bookings > Manage Bookings<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0locate\u00a0the reservation, and select the\u00a0<\/span>\u2022\u2022\u2022<\/span><\/b>\u00a0menu on the right to cancel.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I\u00a0approve\u00a0a booking?<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n

If\u00a0you\u00a0setup requires booking approval, you will receive an email to approve or decline the booking.<\/span>\u00a0If you have\u00a0access\u00a0you may also log in to\u00a0<\/span>Coworking Manager using the credentials we provide, then go to\u00a0<\/span>Bookings > Manage Bookings<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0locate\u00a0the reservation, and select the\u00a0<\/span>\u2022\u2022\u2022<\/span><\/b>\u00a0menu on the right to cancel.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Are there any additional fees or commissions associated with these bookings?<\/h3>\n

Yardi does not charge\u00a0<\/span>additional<\/span>\u00a0fees specifically for participation in the WeWork Affiliate Network. Your standard commercial terms apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who do I contact if I have questions or need support?<\/h3>\n

If\u00a0<\/span>you\u2019re<\/span>\u00a0logged into CoworkingCafe, you can use the Intercom chat (bottom-right corner) to contact our team. You can also reply to the reservation notification email\u00a0<\/span><\/span>or\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>send a<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0support\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>request to\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>CoworkingCafeSupport@yardi.com<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How is customer service handled if a WeWork member has an issue with their booking?<\/h3>\n

WeWork manages its member communications. If an issue comes up at your space, you\u2019ll handle it the same way you do for any other booking, with Yardi support, if needed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I opt out of the WeWork Affiliate Network later if I choose?<\/h3>\n
