Furthermore, this vast supply also cements the region\u2019s position as one of the global trailblazers in the adoption of coworking spaces as pivotal elements of 21<sup>st<\/sup>-century work culture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our quarterly report explores the distribution of flexible workspaces and key operators, as well as pricing trends, for a comprehensive overview of this thriving sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Leading Markets by Number of Coworking Spaces<\/h2>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">UK &amp; Ireland\u2019s Combined Inventory Holds Steady at 3,326 Spaces<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The UK maintains a strong foothold in the global coworking scene with 3,090 spaces, while Ireland accounts for 236 flex spaces as of Q4 2024.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Accounting for more than one-quarter of the UK\u2019s total stock,\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coworkingcafe.com\/coworking-space\/gb\/england\/greater-london\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Greater<\/strong> <strong>London<\/strong><\/a>\u202finches close to the 900 mark (895 coworking spaces to be precise), the majority of which are concentrated in Central London\u2019s business districts. However, meeting rooms are more competitively priced, aligning with the UK median of \u20ac30 per hour, whereas virtual offices show the opposite trend as the \u20ac50 median represents a roughly 16% discount compared to UK-level prices. Here, it\u2019s important to remember that a significantly higher share of the national stock is concentrated in the capital, pulling the median price upward.<\/p>\n<p>Turning to the capital,\u00a0<strong>Dublin<\/strong>\u2019s median prices match the national level when it comes to open workspaces and virtual offices. On the other hand, dedicated desks come in at \u20ac295 and meeting rooms reach \u20ac35.<\/p>\n<h2>Distribution of Top Operators Within Largest Coworking Markets<\/h2>\n<p><strong><span class=\"TextRun SCXW95067644 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW95067644 BCX8\">Regus Casts Wide Net in Both UK &amp; Ireland; Other Top Players Remain Hyper-Focused on Key Markets<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW95067644 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The UK scene continues to be shaped by a mix of international giants and domestic operators. In Q4 2024, Regus, Fora, Workspace, Spaces, and The Boutique Workplace Company ranked as the top five operators within the 15 largest coworking markets, collectively managing more than 400 spaces throughout the UK.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Regus<\/strong>\u00a0remains the market leader with more than 200 coworking spaces across the UK \u2014 78 of which are located in the top 15 flex space markets \u2014 and its strategic focus on a diverse range of locations ensures its national dominance.
