UK flexible workspace provider Cubo recorded its best quarter to date for desk signings in Q1 2025, with more than 700 desks taken between January and March.<\/p>\n

Growth was driven by a strong uptake across sites, including Cubo\u2019s Manchester Spinningfields location<\/a>, which reached 50% occupancy within three months of launch. The company also debuted in London with Cubo Soho \u2014 a 28,884-square-foot Grade A site in Ilona Rose House. \u201cOur record-breaking Q1 results are a powerful reflection of Cubo\u2019s continued growth and the clear and growing demand for high-quality, flexible office space,\u201d said Marc Brough, CEO at Cubo.<\/p>\n

Cubo\u2019s expansion strategy \u2014 targeting Grade A office space in core city centres \u2014 appears to be paying off. According to CoStar, the company accounted for 33% of all flexible workspace leasing activity across the UK\u2019s \u201cBig Six\u201d cities throughout the last two years, outperforming competitors IWG and Orega (both at 13%).<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have hit the ground running with Cubo Soho,\u201d Brough added. \u201cAchieving 50% occupancy at Manchester Spinningfields within three months is a testament to the strength of our offer.\u201d<\/p>\n
