Huckletree \u2014 a pioneer in the flexible workspace sector \u2014 has signed an agreement with M&G Real Estate to operate 50,000 square feet of flexible office and event space at 40 Leadenhall, a new development in the heart of London. Opening in August 2025, the site will feature private offices for teams of 20 to 200, along with shared meeting rooms, phone booths, breakout areas and a central dining space.<\/p>\n

Designed with sustainability and user experience in mind, 40 Leadenhall will include a fitness studio, wellness suite, cinema room, auditorium, library, rooftop clubhouse and 17 outdoor terraces. It will be also fully smart-enabled with touchless booking systems. The building will target BREEAM Excellent and a 5-star NABERS rating with carbon emissions expected to be 40% below baseline regulations.<\/p>\n

Martin Towns, deputy global head of M&G Real Estate, said the addition of Huckletree \u201cenhances the building\u2019s appeal to innovative businesses,\u201d and strengthens its position as a top-tier office destination.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Gabriela Hersham, CEO and founder of Huckletree<\/a>, described the agreement as \u201ca defining moment\u201d for the company, adding: \u201cIt allows us to bring our approach to workspace innovation into one of London\u2019s most exciting new developments.\u201d<\/p>\n
