With the inauguration of two new locations in Manchester in 2025, coworking operator Colony plans to further increase the group\u2019s footprint and establish itself as a top independent supplier of flexible workspaces. With these additions, the operator will have eight sites throughout the city, further solidifying the dedication to providing vibrant, varied and community-driven workspaces throughout Manchester.<\/p>\n
Colony King Street and Colony Spring Gardens, the new locations, will be well situated in two of Manchester’s most desirable central districts. Both locations will open gradually as they undergo renovations and get transformed into the brand\u2019s distinct workspaces, which has never been seen in this region before.<\/p>\n
The fifth floor of Colony Spring Gardens, which is situated at 19 Spring Gardens, will be the first to open. It will have offices for four to ten people, sixteen coworking stations, meeting spaces, facilities for collaboration, a community center, and an outdoor terrace. The remaining floors will be transformed into larger offices and that the common amenities will be expanded further throughout to welcome mid- to large-sized businesses. The location is set to offer the perfect setting for a wide range of businesses of all sizes.<\/p>\n
Set to open during the same period, Colony King Street, located in the famous ‘DKNY building’ at 76 King Street, will initially include a combination of event space, meeting rooms and coworking spaces. Colony\u2019s largest dedicated event space to date, a gym, and a huge social bar will all be located on the ground and lower ground levels, establishing it as a crucial hub for professional networking and gatherings. In the following stages, the remaining floors will be transformed into a variety of private offices with all the amenities that go along with them.<\/p>\n
