Unite Students\u2019 development is a 24-story mixed-use building that includes 920 homes purpose-built for student living. These residences provide students with spaces to study, socialize, and relax, featuring an exhibition area, cinema room, study rooms, and stylish common areas. The new office space managed by Boutique Workplace will have a separate, dedicated entrance and span 10,300 square feet across the ground, first, second, and third floors.<\/p>\n
